According to studies there is a large amount of overweight nationwide.
The Best way to spend free time is by doing some physical activity.
Argument one: Doing some physical activity also helps both emotionally and physically.
By doing physical activity we help our boda stay active and in constant movement.
Argument two: Doing some physical activity can also help level out stress situations.
Exercising can also improve sleep which is sometimes interrupted by stressful situations.
Argument three: Performing physical activity also helps to cope with the symptoms of depression or anxiety.
When you do physical activity it allows you to release endorphins which can help you feel better.
Other ways to spend free time:
-Read some Booker
-Participate in some type of manual workshop.
-Watch some movie
