For me personally doing some physical activity is very good  to spend free time.  According to studies there is a large amount of overweight  nationwide.  The Best way to spend free time is by doing  some  physical activity.  Argument one: Doing some physical activity also helps both emotionally and physically.  By doing physical activity we help our boda stay active and in constant movement.
