 My opinion of spending free time can be doing things that are out of your comfort zone, like going for a walk, exercising, exercise helps in all areas, both emotional and physical, and eating well, eating well goes hand in hand. with exercising, Exercising has several advantages, such as it helps reduce the risk of heart disease, it also provides more energy and can help reduce stress. When we exercise, our body releases endorphins (a natural substance produced by the body), meaning we reduce anxiety, stress and can improve our mood. It also helps us have great benefits for our brain, we improve blood flow, oxygenation of the brain Exercising not only helps with everything mentioned above but also makes us improve our lives and be a better person and have a different way of seeing life, also not only can exercise be a better way to spend free time as well. you can paint, dance, go for a walk, draw, etc. Spending free time doing activities outside our comfort zone, such as exercising, is highly beneficial. Exercise not only improves physical and emotional health, it also helps reduce the risk of heart disease, increases energy, and decreases stress. The release of endorphins during exercise improves mood and reduces anxiety. Additionally, exercise benefits the brain by improving blood flow and oxygenation. Other activities such as painting, dancing, walking and drawing are also excellent ways to take advantage of free time, helping to improve our life and perspective. But exercising is one of the best ways to help yourself and it is one of the fastest if you want to see changes in yourself, it helps in absolutely everything as long as you focus and reach your goal.
