The best way to spend your free time is aerial dance because aerial dance is a high performance sport just like certain sports such as martial arts, athletics and swimming. However, unlike these, aerial dance mixes sport with dance by doing muscular exercises using the mind, body and each person's own energy. That is why it is the best method for leisure time because it fulfils the expectations of fun and physical activity.
Aerial dance personally helps me with my self-esteem, it gives me peace of mind and helps me with confidence and helps me to release stress by giving me a feeling of relaxation, every time I practice this activity my body is in a state of relaxation and comfort.
Objectively it helps with circulation and decreases the likelihood of suffering from illnesses such as arthritis and depression among others.
Aerial dance is divided into many branches such as pole dance, aerial fabric, lyra, trapeze, etc. There are so many varieties of aerial dance and being a totally complementary sport and being both female and male we can appreciate the creativity of the sport and its benefits
